Terms of Service

1. Introduction. These Terms of Service govern your company's use of the ZERON_XS platform operated by BofaConsultant Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace and accepting these terms you agree to be bound by them.

2. The service. ZERON_XS provides modular finance, HR and procurement tools on a subscription basis. Your workspace starts in trial mode and becomes fully active once your subscription payment is verified.

3. Your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the administrator credentials delivered to you and for all activity that occurs under your workspace. Keep your login details confidential.

4. Acceptable use. You agree to use the platform lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt it, and not to use it to store or process unlawful content.

5. Fees and subscriptions. Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at signup. Non-payment may suspend your workspace.

6. Data and privacy. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination. You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
